We take the hassle out of birthday parties and inject the cool by providing a funky venue, rockin’ entertainment, snacks*, invitations and as much free-for-all fun a child could have in 2 hours. Even better, no clean up for the host parents!

During our monthly Babygroove gig we will set aside a private VIP area for your party that can be enjoyed by your group when you’re not mixing in with the Babygroove action. It’s decked out with comfy chairs, tables & balloons and is the perfect place for hanging out, enjoying drinks/snacks, storing gifts, singing happy birthday and mixing with your birthday friends.

*We supply light snacks for all our groovers but encourage you to supplement our general offerings with extras suitable for your child and their friends to make for a more memorable party.

Babygroove birthdays are suitable for children Aged: 1-8

1 year olds you say? Well let’s face it, a 1 year olds’ birthday is as much for getting the parents together as it is the wee ones so what could be finer than an afternoon of clubbing designed especially for families by Babygroove. We can’t think of anything better!

Your party package includes:

Invitations with RSVP.
Your party’s names on the guest list at the door (you provide the names and we confirm attendance with you at the end of the event so you only pay for actual attendees).
Exclusive use of our VIP area.
A child-safe venue with a bouncer on the door (please note we are not a crèche but we do have experienced staff on hand to ensure children remain within the venue).
Healthy snacks & jugs of water (we provide the basics which you can supplement).
A glow stick bracelet & balloon for each child.
All the usual Babygroove action including funky house music provided by one of London’s great DJs, musical instruments to enjoy during your stay, balloons, chill-out zone (where the music’s low & the vibe is smooth) & a rockin’ dance floor for strutting your stuff.
We also offer cool party bags at a reasonable cost if you want an even more hassle-free day!
Note: birthday cakes and a party snack menu is available at our Chiswick location, for all other locations you are free to bring your own cake and we encourage supplemental party snacks. Drinks are available at the bar for every Babygroove event and we can set up a special tab for your guests.

Timings

Birthdays run from 3:00 – 5:00pm and are held on Saturdays during our regular Babygroove gigs. See the calendar page for details.

Cost

£130/£180 (depending on venue) plus all entry fees (see calendar page for specific fees as they vary by venue). *The birthday child enjoys free entry as do all babies! Minimum of 15 people required (children & adults).

Bookings

Email manager@babygroove.co.uk to check availability and secure your booking. A deposit is required with balance due at the end of the event based on actual numbers attending.

Babygroove run their gigs once per month in various areas around the UK and we only allow 1 birthday party per event so early bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment!

Do you have a really large group (50+ including children & adults)? Then ask us about our Exclusive Babygroove Party where only you and your pre-approved guests are let in by the Bouncer at the door. Prices start at £500.
