BabyGroove

This event is for parents, and even kids, who have had enough of the usual baby group circuit. It's for those who miss the pre-parenting days of clubbing with mates or meeting for a beer on a Saturday afternoon. We wanted to create something which is as much for the parents as it is for their off-spring (and vice versa).

Funky house music selected by a range of London's top DJs will get booties bopping on the dance floor and give you a chance to boogie with your baby.

The venues we use are made safe for little ones so you can enjoy the music, bar, free snacks and chill out area worry free.

In order to make traveling to us a little easier we also provide a buggy park.

Hannah

Hannah Symmons has a toddler of her own. Determined to do her duty by little Phoebe she trooped off to baby group after baby group until she couldn't sit in one more circle singing (badly) to nursery rhymes. Once plucking up the courage to admit to friends she was the worst mother in the world and had had enough of shaking maracas, she discovered she was not alone... and so Babygroove was born.

Molly

Molly Scragg is the mother of two Scragglets, Matilda 4 and Douglas 1. Fresh from an extended stint living in Hong Kong and then Thailand she has been searching for a way to maintain her sociable ex-pat lifestyle while being a mum in London. Enter Babygroove and the chance to hang out in a club with friends while still being with your kids in a child friendly atmosphere - the best of both worlds!
